Purpose
Tolmie Underwater Park was established to provide public use access and management of underwater resources in Tolmie State Park, a 105-acre marine day-use park with 1,800 feet of saltwater shoreline on Puget Sound. This underwater park features two decayed wooden barges full of crab, perch, rockfish, and the occasional lingcod, some tire reefs to a large and mostly intact wooden barge sitting in about 45ftsw, which full of fish, crab, and invertebrates.

Restrictions
1. No person shall remove or cause to be removed any fish from any state park area except for food fish, shellfish, and game fish. The commission may close state park areas to the harvest of some or all species of fish. Such state park areas shall be conspicuously posted as closed to harvest. The director or designee may temporarily close any state park area to the harvest of some or all species of fish.
2. All state park areas are closed to the harvest of seaweed.

Fishing for food fish, shellfish, and game fish is allowed in accordance with state law.
