Purpose
To protect several islets of the Toro micro-archipelago with harsh, almost bare relief. Separated from Corsica by bottoms over 50 meters deep, the islets of Toro, refuge for many animal and plant species, are a high place of biodiversity. They are part of the Cerbicale Islands nature reserve.
Species of Concern: Cory's Shearwater (Calonectris diomedea); European Storm-petrel (Hydrobates pelagicus); Crested Cormorant (Phalacrocorax aristotelis)

Restrictions
Access to the islands is prohibited: landing, fishing and hunting are prohibited, as is any collection. The archipelago is in the no-take zone of the Nature Reserve.
