Purpose

To manage the sustainable use of space in accordance with the goals of preserving the biological and landscape diversity of the area. This zone is a compromise between use and protection of the area, and its use is in line with the principles of sustainable development, without compromising the purpose of the protected area and the conservation goals defined in the management plan.

Species of Concern: sea bass, gilthead, grey mullet, sole, grouper, conger eel, dentex, black umber, European Shag (Phalacrocorax aristotelis desmarestii), Common Tern (Sterna hirundo), Sandwich Tern (Sterna sandvicensis), Little Egret (Egretta garzetta), Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea), Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus), Loggerhead Sea Turtle (Caretta caretta), Noble Pen Shell (Pinna nobilis)

2. Snorkeling.
3. Anchoring.
4. Swimming.
5. Fishing.

Allowed

Research, navigation, mooring, kayaking, visiting, traditional agricultural activities, and sports and recreation are allowed.
