Allowed

1. Commercial, small coastal, recreational, and sport fishing are allowed.
a) Spearfishing is allowed at specific locations within 50 m from the shore of the islands and rocks:
- From Duboka Bay to Negojna Bay - Lastovo Island,
- From Junac cape along the west side to Bijeli Rat cape - Mrčara Island.
b) The following fishing tools are allowed per vessel in commercial fishing:
- One or more gillnets with a total length of 2000 meters per vessel,
- Fish traps – a total of thirty-five (35) pieces,
- Large crustacean traps – a total of one hundred (100) pieces,
- Set longlines with a total of up to five hundred (500) hooks,
- Bottom lines, handlines, trolling lines, jigging lines for cephalopods – a total of up to ten (10) pieces,
- Floating longlines – a total of up to ten (10) pieces,
- Harpoons – one (1) piece.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1, item 1 of this Article, in cases where there are two or more fishermen on the vessel, the total permitted length of gillnets is 3000 meters.
2. Small-scale fishing and recreational or sports fishing are permitted in accordnace with the regulations on small-scale and sports and recreational fishing.
3. Recreational scuba diving is allowed only at designated diving locations.
4. Anchoring is permitted at certain location.
