Restrictions
Based on the environmental values and the state of natural resources, species, habitats, and ecosystems they contain, the following activities are considered incompatible in Common Regulation Zones:
Beach Zones (Zones C1)
1. Shellfishing.
2. Farming parks as defined by Decree 58/2017 of April 18, which regulates marine aquaculture in Andalucía.
3. New constructions or permanent buildings.
4. The opening of new roads or paths for vehicular traffic.
5. The creation of new parking areas.
6. The installation of new overhead power lines.
7. Tourist camps.
8. Any other action deemed incompatible by the corresponding authorization process, according to the applicable regulations, particularly those determined to harm the integrity of the Red Natura 2000 protected area.
Transformed Wetlands (saltworks that have undergone significant changes in part of their structures) (Zones C2)
1. New constructions or permanent buildings not linked to saltworks activities or extensive and semi-intensive aquaculture.
2. The opening of new roads not associated with authorized uses or activities.
3. Road infrastructure actions that involve new routes, expansion, or duplication of roads and are not included in urban or territorial planning.
4. The installation of new overhead power lines.
5. Any other action deemed incompatible by the corresponding authorization process, according to the applicable regulations, particularly those determined to harm the integrity of the Red Natura 2000 protected area.
Degraded Zones (Zones C3)
1. The opening of new roads not associated with authorized uses or activities.
2. Any other action deemed incompatible by the corresponding authorization process, according to the applicable regulations, particularly those determined to harm the integrity of the Red Natura 2000 protected area.
University Equipment Zone (Zone C4)
1. Uses and activities other than those related to existing university facilities and leisure activities aimed at enjoying the natural environment are considered incompatible.
2. Any other action deemed incompatible by the relevant authorization process, especially those determined to harm the integrity of the protected area under the Natura 2000 network, will also be considered incompatible.
