Purpose

Justification of the establishment of protected areas and its significance:
1. preservation of natural complexes, unique and reference natural sites and objects;
2. preservation of historical and cultural objects;
3. environmental education of the population;creating conditions for regulated tourism and recreation;
4. development and implementation of scientific methods of nature protection and environmental education;
5. implementation of environmental monitoring;restoration of disturbed natural and historical and cultural complexes and objects.

Regulations Summary

Restrictions

On the territory of the national park, any activity that can cause damage to natural complexes and objects of the plant and animal world, cultural and historical objects and is contrary to the goals and tasks of the national park, including:
1. activities that entail violation of soil cover and outputs of minerals, geological excavations and rocks;
2. industrial, coastal, amateur and sport fishing;
3. finding with tools for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources; firearms, pneumatic and throwing weapons, traps and other hunting tools, including those with assembled hunting firearms on public roads, as well as with products of obtaining wildlife objects;
4. explosive work;
5. collection of zoological, botanical and mineralogical collections, in addition to the research activities provided for in the field and plans of scientific research of the institution.

Allowed

On the territory of the national park, measures to regulate the number of objects of the animal world or their removal from the habitat for scientific purposes is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and use of objects of the animal world and their habitat.
