Dzhugdzhurskij

The following objectives are assigned to the reserve:
1. implementation of the protection of natural areas in order to preserve biological diversity and maintain protected natural complexes and objects in their natural state;
2. organization and conduct of scientific research;
3. implementation of state environmental monitoring (state monitoring of the environment);
4. environmental education and development of cognitive tourism;
5. assistance in the training of scientific personnel and specialists in the field of environmental protection.

Restrictions

Any activity that is contrary to the objectives of the reserve and the regime of special protection of its territory established by these Regulations is prohibited on the territory of the reserve, including:
1. industrial fishing, coastal fishing, fisheries for aquaculture (fish farming), aquaculture (fish farming);
2. recreational fishing, except for the cases established by this Regulation;
3. presence with tools for harvesting (catching) aquatic biological resources, with harvested (caught) aquatic biological resources and products obtained from them, with the exception of cases related to the implementation of measures for state supervision in the field of protection and use of specially protected natural areas of federal significance, federal state supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of objects of the animal world and their habitat, within the framework of scientific research work by authorized officials, as well as with the implementation of recreational fishing in accordance with this Regulation;
4. exploration and development of minerals;
5. collection of zoological, botanical and mineralogical samples and collections, except for those carried out within the framework of the research activities of the Institution, provided for by the topics and plans of scientific research;
6. overflight of aircraft and helicopters below 2000 meters over the territory of the reserve without the consent of the Institution or the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, as well as overcoming the sound barrier by aircraft over the territory of the reserve;

Allowed

On the territory of the reserve, events and activities aimed at the following are permitted:
1. preservation of natural complexes in their natural state, restoration and prevention of changes in natural complexes and their components as a result of anthropogenic impact;
2.maintaining conditions that ensure sanitary and fire safety;
3. prevention of conditions that can cause natural disasters that threaten people's lives and settlements;
4. implementation of state environmental monitoring (state monitoring of the environment);
5. fulfillment of research tasks;
6. conducting environmental education and development of educational tourism;
7. implementation of state supervision in the field of protection and use of specially protected natural areas of federal significance, federal state supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife and their habitats.
