Purpose
The main value of the territory lies primarily in the fact that the main places for nesting, resting, molting and feeding before departure of waterfowl and near-water birds are located here.

Restrictions
Prohibited activities and nature uses include:
1. commercial and amateur fishing;
2. carrying out survey, geological exploration, blasting, development of minerals;
3. pollution of the territory of the Reserve with garbage, oil products, industrial waste;
4. flying over the territory of the Reserve of mechanical aircraft at a height below 200 meters and their landing from April 25 to September 1, except for cases caused by objective necessity and inspector raids.

Permitted activities and nature uses include:
1. biotechnical measures to improve nesting sites for waterfowl;
2. organized ecological tourism.
