Purpose

Regulations Summary

Restrictions

1. It is prohibited:
a) introduce wild or domestic animals into the perimeter of the National Park;
b) destroy or remove eggs or nests, injure or kill or remove or take any terrestrial or marine wild species;
c) disturb or disturb wild animals in any way whatsoever by shouting, making noise, throwing projectiles or causing rocks to fall or in any other way;
d) to abandon, dump, deposit or throw away outside the places specially designated for this purpose papers, cans, bottles, garbage, or rubbish of any kind whatsoever, as well as waste oils and other polluting liquids;
e) to disturb in any way the calm and tranquility of the premises;
f) to make, by any process, inscriptions, signs or drawings on rocks, trees or any other movable or immovable property, except with the authorization of the Agency;
g) to harm in any way whatsoever the cultural and historical heritage and the archaeological remains;
h) to exploit sea turtles;
i) to conduct extraction on the beach.
2. There is a prohibition of fishing with nets and dynamite within the Bimbini Marine Reserve.
