For the absolute protection of habitats and populations of fish, tiger prawns, terrapins, and mangroves, as well as for research and education.

9. Construction of wharfs;
10. Fishing activities.

1. Protection of ecological processes that support the survival of a species and ecosystem;
2. Safeguarding, supervising and preventing activities that may result on changes in the integrity of the area's potential and changes in the area functions;
3. Sailing across (not stopping).

1. Monitoring and research;
2. Education.
