Purpose

To protect and restore ecosystems of coral reefs, seagrass beds, and mangroves, turtle nesting beaches, and places of spawning and development of various marine biota, and to maintain existing sites and traditions.

Species of Concern: giant clams, top-shaped sea snails, dolphins, dugongs

7. Establishment and/or placement of marine constructions and marine installations;
