The management goal in this subzone is to ensure safe mooring for nautical visitors and excursion boats, protect marine CST from the negative impact of free anchoring, and control and limit the number of visitors in line with the established capacity for different types of visits at specific locations and parts of the Park.

Within the zone, JU will prioritize establishing organized anchorages and moorings in accordance with the obtained concession. Additionally, JU will develop the necessary study documentation, obtain concessions, and establish additional mooring infrastructure – primarily pontoons of various purposes – at the approximate positions of point locations within the subzone, all in accordance with the established capacity, management needs, and conditions and approval of the relevant Ministry. JU may also, within this subzone, in line with assessed needs, possibilities, and justification, conduct restoration of marine CST (primarily Posidonia meadows) degraded by decades of free anchoring.
