Päämäärä
This is an area of high ecological value and biodiversity, comprising three islands that host priority habitats such as juniper communities and coastal cliffs. It serves as a vital refuge for numerous seabird species, including the Audouin's gull and the European storm-petrel, and supports populations of endemic plant species. Its protection is essential for conserving the ecological integrity and biological richness of the Mediterranean environment.
Species of Concern: Purple Heron (Ardea purpurea); Squacco Heron (Ardeola ralloides); Long-legged Buzzard (Buteo rufinus); Cory's Shearwater (Calonectris diomedea); European Nightjar (Caprimulgus europaeus); Loggerhead Sea Turtle (Caretta caretta); Western Marsh Harrier (Circus aeruginosus); Little Egret (Egretta garzetta); Eleonora's Falcon (Falco eleonorae); Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus); Audouin's Gull (Larus audouinii); Yellow-legged Gull (Larus michahellis); Mediterranean Monk Seal (Monachus monachus); Osprey (Pandion haliaetus); Shag (Phalacrocorax aristotelis desmarestii); Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis); Sandwich Tern (Sterna sandvicensis); Dartford Warbler (Sylvia undata); Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus)

8. Sacrifice of reptile specimens is prohibited, except in exceptional cases for scientific purposes and always under evaluation by the responsible administrations.
9. Collection of plant material from key floristic elements is prohibited.
10. Extraction of Patella ferruginea specimens is prohibited, except for scientific purposes or for necessary port facility operations, with prior administrative authorization.
11. Collection of Audouin's gull eggs is prohibited, except for scientific purposes with prior authorization.
12. Shellfishing is prohibited throughout the ZEC area.
13. Hunting is prohibited throughout the ZEC.
14. Installation of new overhead power lines is prohibited; only underground lines are allowed.

16. Introduction, restocking, or translocation of any species that may negatively impact existing species in the ZEC is prohibited.
17. Translocation of any mammal species between islands or from the mainland to the islands is prohibited.
Sallittu
1. Environmental improvement actions that combat the invasion of non-native flora and fauna or that are essential for national defense or port operations.
2. Discharge of treated water to improve the quality of coastal waters.
3. Promotion of actions to improve the quality of the environment with the gradual re-naturalization of species in a critical state.
4. Annual monitoring of plant species of conservation interest, both terrestrial and marine, and a four-yearly census to analyze their evolution.
5. Necessary bush clearing to maintain accessibility on Isabel II island.
6. Monitoring the surface of Posidonia oceanica meadows to analyze their evolution.
7. Protection of Posidonia oceanica meadows and monitoring of their expansion.
8. Studies of the population dynamics of reptiles on the islands and conservation actions if anthropogenic population declines are observed.
9. Anchoring using existing moorings, with prior authorization, for the repair or replacement of mooring systems.
10. Promotion of educational and environmental education activities, as long as they are compatible with maintaining a favorable conservation status of the habitats and species of community interest.
11. Surveillance of fishing and the fishing gear used.
